changes instructions for MS Word
Here's how: Click Tools, click Track Changes, Turn on (check the box) Track Changes While Editing Turn off (uncheck the box) Highlight Changes on Screen. This hides the changes so you can more easily read your material. If you'd rather view the changes that have been made, then check the box. Hit ok. To accept or reject any or all of the changes: Click tools, click track changes, click accept or reject, and go from there to either accept/reject individual items or accept all/reject all. When you return the document to us, you will leave the tracking on so that we may view the additional corrections and finalize the manuscript for formatting. (You will get to review the manuscript again after it has been formatted.) Please let me know if you have any problems with this. |
