| About the Book
My friend asked the guard if it would be
possible to access the top of the hill from the other side. The
guard replied that the entire hill was off limits, due to planting.
“But that is where I am going!” I told him. ”That is where the stone
wants to be placed. I can do nothing about it. The stone has
spoken!”
We’re told from babyhood that stones have no
life, let alone mind. Yet one woman dares to challenge this belief.
This is the story of her journey, a chronicle of experiences with
stones met on the road. By entering their world and opening her heart
to them, Marian has been granted beautiful experiences – journeys
through inner and outer worlds. Letting the experiences speak their
own language, she allows the stones to use her as an amplifier.
I couldn’t pretend that I hadn’t heard or
understood it. There are no masks in dealings with stones. It’s
impossible to hide. The stone knew that I had understood.
Is this “real”? Judge for yourself.
