the Author
Mark H. Ford is a native Oklahoman and attended Southern Methodist
University Law School in Dallas, Texas. His professional
publications include Trial Psychology (OBA/YLD Desk Manual
and CD-ROM, 1998-1999), The Psychology of Jury Selection,
The Technology and Psychology of Modern Litigation, and
Tyrannosaurus Lex (Infinity Press, 1996). He has also
taught a real estate course for the Tulsa Technology Center entitled
Using Psychology for Total Selling Power.
