About the Book

A simple, human tale of survival, of what it means to have a pulse. Life’s command for us is to live, be fruitful and multiply—by any means necessary…

A thrilling roller coaster tale of a life filled with emptiness, sadness, lust, faith, love and fear… all the emotions experienced by all humans in surviving our existence. One woman tells her story of a life spent in pain and darkness, her mind clouded. To break down the walls of darkness and hate, to find a life of love, understanding, forgiveness and faith, she had to overcome her deepest fears and face herself. There is always something to learn, understand and forgive about your past....

About the Author:

Samantha Smith was born in Kingston, Jamaica and now resides in the United States. The inspiration for Mirrored Lives was a mixture of her own experiences and observation of how children mirror the lives of the parents and environment. Samantha grew up confused and angry, very unhappy with life. Hating just about everything life had to offer, she found joy in sex, parting and anything that would bring her closer to her death and away from herself. She trusted no one and loved no one including herself. In a twist of fate Samantha's life turned around, and with a new career of motherhood Samantha lives her life with more zeal and joy than ever.
