Ken Wear discusses with an unusual
degree of frankness such things as heart attack and stroke, the
emotional burdens of marriage and divorce, improving intimate moments,
and food selection and health. He makes no apologies for broaching
topics that are forbidden at the dinner table, yet an integral part of
life. All of these things add up to life-enhancing suggestions that
were not present in the author’s early life, but would have been
invaluable . . . had he only known. He speaks from the heart in the
hope that it may help the reader enjoy a longer life filled with
increased rewards.
About the Author:
Ken Wear’s training was in physics and engineering, and
he worked for years in space-related research. A broken marriage and
heart attack led him to apply the same clear thinking that he used in
his career to all aspects of his life. His motive for writing is the
hope that his traumas and the research that followed will provide
others with the information his family background did not provide
him. He wants to share what he, at 70+ years, now knows.
