ABOUT THE BOOK:

In Like Rolling Uphill: Realizing the Honesty of Atheism, the mind of an atheist is revealed. As author Dianna Narciso says, "One day, with a little click in my head, I started thinking...and I discovered myself."

So began the journey from nominal Christian to atheist—one conversation, one tiny flash of awareness was all it took for Narciso to begin honestly considering what she believed, what she did not, and why.

When she dared to come out of hiding, Narciso was surprised to find herself alienated and sometimes despised by believers. Suddenly she was thrust into the position of defending nonbelief and confronted with questions like: "How can you be an atheist?" "Where do you get your morals?" and "If there is no God, why are we here?"

Narciso answers Christians’ many questions and examines the evidence they offer for the existence of God and Jesus.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Dianna Narciso is founder of Space Coast Freethought Association in Florida, runs the Atheist View website at www.geocities.com/atheistview/ and is an outspoken proponent of strict separation of state and church. She earned a B.A. in history from the University of Central Florida, homeschooled two of her three children, and is now a writer.
