About the author
Henry Quanaim has soldiered though many a disappointment. At fourteen
years old, he played soccer in Brazil, Europe, Canada, and the USA. If
the old soccer leagues had avoided bankruptcy, his whole life would
have been different. Then he moved to Houston when his wife was
transferred. His obligations there were to his two young kids.
To this end, Henry built several businesses, only
to lose them to Houston’s poor economy in 1982 through 1993. Against
the wall, he put up with various negligent and racist employers of
Houston, all of whom hated their Latino Jewish employee who once had
businesses of his own. Even so, he never had any injury or filed any
lawsuit except in the city of Houston.
