About the Book

The Leadership Road sets forth the 12 areas of leadership behavior that need to be executed and 12 values that excellent leaders live by. The book offers the insights that Preziosi gained from nearly 20,000 professionals over the course of 25 years. In addition, he has woven in some of his own insights from decades of successful leadership in business and academia.

The book focuses on what should be done, avoiding the negativity that often clouds over what it takes to be successful. Each chapter in the book includes a rich personal anecdote from Preziosi's life that is a building block for each of the 12 behaviors and the set of values. The book is unique in its presentation of leadership as behavior that everyone uses all the time. It also is a special contribution to the leader's most important concern of the 21st century...productivity.

“In the crowded field of leadership books, Bob has managed to create a very readable, useable, highly practical book with take-aways in every chapter.
