About the Author

Elder Wayne Melton was born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He studied sociology at Anchorage Community College in 1981, attended the Institute of Biblical Education and Training in Washington (1995) and the CH Mason Bible Class in Clarksdale, Mississippi from 1999-2000.
