About the Author
Rebecca Thomas loves
life with her seven-year-old son, without whom this book would not
have been written. His love of life -- and of his toy car -- has
inspired Rebecca to no end.
Rebecca grew up in
the beautiful Oregon country. Without a television set in her family
home, imagination was and still is what she thrives on -- hence, the
birth of Joe's Room.
Rebecca also loves
dance, ballet, playing the piano, painting and, most importantly,
watching her son learn and grow.
