About the Book:
What do you do when you are faced with a terminal illness? Do you take
whatever treatments they offer and hope one works, or do you live life
to the fullest? Do you spend time with the people you love? In this
heartfelt drama, Liz is faced with the end of her life. She decides
she wants to fulfill her number one heart's desire, to have a baby
with her best friend, Alan.
Liz and Alan grew up together in the same small town. They were
roommates in college, but somehow grew apart after graduation. Now, as
Liz comes face to face with a life-threatening ailment, she decides to
reestablish that relationship. Alan, however, has made important
life-changing decisions of his own. Is their friendship strong enough
to alter his plans? If their friendship is strong enough to change his

you don't believe that love can conquer all, it’s because you haven't
read Jake.
