| About the Book
Her first collection published, Me, You and the World - Io, Tu e il
Mondo, stands as an eclectic and emotive plethora of poetry.
Adriana Bonetti accounts the raw experiences we all have undergone or
thought of, whether it be of love, death, war or societal pressure.
The author brings the reader to a journey of awakenings, addressed
through an introspective voice. This book is a concoction of personal
and worldly struggles. It is about fighting against every closed gate
while reaching outside for an answer.
This book engages many issues and senses of the body. Poems offered in
both the English and Italian language are not exact translations of
words, yet equally expressive translations in their purpose.
