About the Book

"A very insightful book. It makes the reader think about resolving issues by first looking inward. Our management team found that getting others to change was much easier once we changed our own behavior."                                                                                   Scott Needham, President Princeton Air

"A quick, easy read - all we need to know in one source. Should be on every manager's desk as a ready reference."                                    Scott Harrah, President Harrah Insurance

"Leading or managing people does not necessitate an MBA. The author clearly articulates a singular theme of involvement throughout most all the fundamental business practices."                                     Rich Weise, President Xerographic Document Solutions

"The author offers a 1-2-3 "how to" approach that gave us a blueprint for handling the maddening problems of time management and energy consuming employees."                                                                       Marc Brahaney, President Lasley Brahaney Design-Build
