About the Book

Acts 13:22 … I have found David, the son of Jesse, a man after Mine own heart, which shall fulfill all My will.

David was human, just like we are. And he made mistakes, just like we sometimes do. But he never let his faults hinder his relationship with God. This book examines David's life, what made him so special in the sight of God, and how his journey can relate to your daily walk with God.

As a chosen vessel, fulfilling the call and will of God for his life, David was used mightily by God and went down in history as one of the greatest Kings ever. With A Heart Like David's, you can also become a vessel of God's honor.

"This book is based on a sermon called 'Not your height, but your heart.' God continues to move me about the issues of the heart, especially among His people. I strive daily to be a living example of someone with a Heart Like David's."
