| About the Book
In Restoring the Five Fold Ministry, Hartwell T. Paul Davis
postulates that the Church’s recent problems are due to the
dissolving of the “Five Fold Ministry.” In current times, pastors,
priests and ministers are the sole leaders of the entire church,
charged with not only the leadership of the congregation but also
forced to concern themselves with administration. In Ephesians
4:11-13, it is stated that there should be apostles, prophets,
evangelists, pastors and teachers in ministry work—not one man,
alone, responsible for everything. After starting four churches in
the South and Northeast, the author realized the need for pastors to
share the ministry with others. This controversial book will change
the way a minister functions in local churches.
