About the Book

Do You Know Me? explains Alzheimer's disease from the patient’s side by bringing you into his or her world. It’s about learning selflessness and how to listen with your heart when you can no longer listen to what you hear. The first story concerns an only daughter who finds out her mother has Alzheimer's disease, a disease she discovers she knows very little about. The more she learns about it, the more she finds it changing not only her mother’s life but her own as well. The second story follows two brothers who learn that sometimes doing the right thing can be the hardest thing to do. While trying to hang on to the person their mother used to be, they also come to realize the true meaning of letting go.
