About the Book:
Don't Tell Don’t Ask: An Unspeakable Violence tells the ugly
and dark truth about homosexuals in the military.
It is about homosexuals that have raped heterosexual soldiers. This
book exposes the unconcerned attitude of the Pentagon and that these
victimized soldiers are "Statistically Insignificant." It includes the
history of rape, military rape, true stories about male on male rape
in the military, how the military hides it, a graphic description of a
rape in the barracks, statistics of rape in the military, and the
lifelong effects of that rape.
Exposing rapes that have been a secret for 45 years, Don't
Tell Don't Ask is an attempt to keep today’s sons and daughters
from experiencing the same hell.
About the Author:
Jerry K. Bayless served in the Marine Corps for three years as an
enlisted Marine. He served in Vietnam and left the Marine Corps with
an Honorable Discharge. This is the Bayless’s first book. He wrote
this book breaking the secret that homosexual soldiers have been
raping fellow soldiers in the military. A victim of male rape himself,
he's exposing the deep and shameful secret he held for 45 years, so
someone else's sons and daughters will not experience the same.
