About the Book:
Written for both sexes by a professor of theology,
Divine Calling of Women to the Pastorate demonstrates how the
Hellenistic culture infiltrated the Christian faith and community with
such divisive impacts between sexes, and the attempts of misinformed
males to alienate women from the pastorate which they founded. The
book attempts to provide illumination on the distortion of certain
vocabularies and misconception of God as of one-sided masculine
gender, as pagans view their gods. Vivid historical anecdotes relate
how God has employed women from the beginning of creation to the
founding of the Christian church and the current era. Finally the book
concludes by encouraging women to continue their valuable work in the
pastorate without hesitation as women in previous generations have
done.
