About the Author Registered Dietitian Todd Phillips has spent the past 20 years in the food service and dietetics industry. Todd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1992. The following year, he completed his internship through Louisiana Tech University. After becoming a Registered Dietitian, Todd served as Corporate Dietitian for a long-term care corporation and Food Service Director for a 420 bed hospital in south Louisiana. Since 1998, Todd has served as the Chief Clinical Dietitian for a regional medical center in north Texas. Frustrated with all the misinformation surrounding fad diets, Todd decided that it was his mission to provide the public with simple, truthful information. A new revolution in permanent fat loss, the Dietitian’s Diet, is the fulfillment of this mission.
