About the Author:

Tony Arthur is an American citizen, born in Barbados. At the age of sixteen, he moved to the US Virgin Islands. Two years later he joined the Navy and moved to Orlando, FL, for basic training. A veteran after completing his tour aboard the USS America, Mr. Arthur resides in Goodyear, Arizona, and owns Pelican Cove Travel.
