About the Book

The title tells it all!

RETIRE YOUNG with CONSTANT CASH FLOW--

using rental properties as your avenue for success.

My book will help the average person understand how to retire at an age when they can still enjoy their children and spouse.
With over 17 years experience in the area of successful rental property ownership & management, I have the expertise to
assist others in making their lives free from the burdens and stress of corporate America.

For most people, society is structured so that the husband and wife go to work, the children head off to school and, we hope, they all get back together in the evening for dinner. But it doesn't have to be stressful, day in and day out.

Read, listen, learn, and apply. Don't procrastinate! Have a good attitude, be motivated, and get started today.

I will take you step-by-step through the journey of making an offer on your first property, becoming your own boss, and continuing all the way through until you can reach early retirement.

There is a section (Landlord Advice) on my site that explains my fees, just in case you need assistance in any facet of the rental property business.

About the Author

Douglas R. Dickerson was born in Zanesville, Ohio in June of 1959. After graduating from West Muskingum High School, he attended Muskingum Area Technical College where he received his Degree in Marketing and Business Administration.

To further his education, Mr. Dickerson attended Tampa University in Florida.

Aside from college, Mr. Dickerson's desire to learn and be educated in several areas, led him to obtain his Series six and Series 63 securities licenses, accompanied by insurance licenses in health, life and variable annuities.

Throughout his working career, he was employed by Kroger’s and Publix Grocery Chains, Barrel of Fun Game room, where he was manager of business operations in Winter Haven and Titusville, Florida. He later worked for Computerland and ultimately ended up in the electronics industry as a manufacturers' representative.

In 1995, Mr. Dickerson opened his own electronics manufacturers' rep company, grew it into a successful operation, and sold it in the summer of 2002.

After going on a nine-week vacation, Doug Dickerson now relies fully on the constant cash flow that has been created by his vast knowledge in the rental housing market.

Today, Doug spends a great deal of his time with his two boys and wife in their everyday lives.
