About the Book:

Bicycles Have Feelings Too is a children's educational book that uses a fresh, unique approach to bicycle safety.  The story is about an eight-year-old boy named Billy and his vain, emotional red bicycle. It shows the problems Billy faces riding his bicycle and how Billy must “do the right thing" by following the rules of bicycle safety. The story uses humor and bright illustrations to emphasize these facts and keep the interest of the reader.

About the Authors:

Barbara E. Scherz has been in law enforcement for over twenty-five years as a private investigator, as a probation officer for the State of Florida, and then as a community service officer  for the Delray Beach Police Department.  

William C. Smith has been in law enforcement for over thirty years and is employed as a sergeant for the Delray Beach Police Department.
