"Average Joe" Schriner is seconding his claim that Bluffton, Ohio's community spirit, environmental awareness, outreach to the disadvantaged... all combine to make it the "best town in America." And if that isn't enough, Bluffton (pop. 3,877) has the most poets per capita; the most fascinating (and often quirkiest) cast of town folk; the best university; and a furry little mascot that is trying -- apparently with some success -- to take over the world! And all this is told with just the right touch of small town charm and humor.
