About the Author
Mimi Thelma James was born in Bonne Terre,
Missouri on February 21, 1912. She died in St. Petersburg, Florida on
January 30, 1995. She had two children, a son and a daughter. She
instilled in her daughter a keen sense of honesty, and made an
unconditional sacrifice so that her son could have a better life.
Teaching is her vocation, as opposed to profession. She has dedicated
her life to the little ones whom she has taught in Missouri, Alaska,
and in California. She considers her students her sons and daughters. |
