About the Book:
Poetry inspired by romantic teenage travelling,
working in an insane asylum, and seeking my own place in the world of
simplicity and complexity.
The original idea to express my experience in
poetry started with moving to Israel in '95, when surrounded by a
near-mediaeval religion coupled with a progressive social modernity.
Religion has dominated humanity since the dawn
of civilisation; an inspiration for some, it may be a damnation
for others...
About the Author:
Andrew McCorpse was born in 1977 in Soviet
Russia and raised in Ipswich, UK. In 1995, he moved to Israel. Andrew
dropped out of college where he was studying theoretical physics in
favour of travelling. For three years he worked in a mental hospital
before finally settling in Jerusalem in 2001, where he now works as an
I&T consultant.
