About
the Author:
A native San
Franciscan, Richard S. Chin served in the USAF after graduating from
UC Berkeley in 1970 with a physics degree. Circumstances invoked a
career in software engineering and program management. Upon leaving
the military, he helped design flight software for the F-15 fighter
jet. He then spent twenty years with Lockheed Missiles and Space
Company (now Lockheed-Martin Corp.) working on various classified
national security programs. In 1995, Rich embraced self-retirement to
pursue his writing dreams. He currently resides in San Jose,
California.
