Revealed in a New Moon Slumber was born of numerous opportunities to slip into the woods and reflect on the human condition and the splendor of nature. As our wilderness shrinks, one thing I can do is preserve its beauty in words. And at the end of days, when I fade into tranquility…and "direct my faith toward the most renown, I could be no freer as I thank my overseer, and listen to the rest of dusk go down."
