About the Book

A story told in three parts - a good number.  Welcome to the glamorous life of Alan Redman: Smashed up cars in Germany, wetting the bed in Edinburgh, waking up without a roof in London - everything from cheese sandwich diets to paint encrusted towels, including shouted text messages and fake suicides. Blame it on

the shoes.

This is the hilarious story of a man who stumbles from one catastrophe to the next.

Attention Reader:

This sheaf is to be referred to in a sticky situation or, as necessary, rather like the Hong Kong Book of Kung Fu, or even the Bible.

About the Author

Alan Redman lives alone in the "nice" part of Golders Green, London, UK. He was raised an atheist in Sheffield on a dairy-free diet and moved south, to London, in 1990 with his life partner. But on arrival in the nation's capital,

she left him.
When not writing he enjoys long windswept walks on the Heath, facial hair and cheese sandwiches. He is 34, bald and has no dog.
