About the Author

Donna Mitchell-Moniak's teachings come from a life of contemplation and spiritual practice and are grounded in everyday human experience. Donna teaches a wide range of consciousness-expanding courses and experiential workshops that reveal deeper meaning and understanding. This is done through both the Center for Esoteric Studies and Spirit Fire Meditative Retreat Center, which she founded. Her focus is soul--the soul in all. She is a friend and mentor to many, and her 20 years of work with students has expressed her essential teaching: Life is One; All Beings are One.
