About the Book

Issi’s (and other) Tales is comprised of twelve stories ranging from 1st century Judea, through Ireland of the sixties, modern day Indianapolis, and the mind of a man slowly driven insane. These stories cover topics including first love, murder, science fiction, more murder, and the story of an apparently dim-witted man who is more than he appears.

There is humor and pathos, perversion and persistence, mysteries and clues, menace and madness in a diverse set of tales designed to entertain the reader.

About the author

Anthony (Tony) Waugh was born in Dublin, Ireland. After 30 plus years as a business executive, he started a consulting business in 2000. In October 2003, following a late night conversation with a friend, he began to write, devoting one hour per day to the task. Some of his musings have been published in a European trade magazine and a selection of the rest is included in Issi’s (and other) Tales. Tony has been a speaker at a number of conventions and business meetings, and he has written business articles printed in several international relocation publications. He resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife Jean. They have four grown children and two grandchildren.
