One of the most important things we can do for our children is to prepare them for learning by teaching them how to learn. Academic success requires attention, concentration, and focus, but many children entering school lack these skills. Discover ME is a movement education program designed to teach children from an early age the prerequisite skills for learning self-control, focus, concentration, and effective listening—the competencies that create a foundation for learning. Using what comes naturally to young children, movement, the program is designed to improve the intellectual, emotional, and physical growth of children, through the training of young bodies.

Creative ideas and activities are taught in this “hands on” approach that encourages children to develop and practice essential skills.
