About the Book:
Remind yourself daily, you are not alone.
This book covers the life of a single mother
raising a family. She lets you enter her life and that of her family.
Hopefully, each reader will find a link to his or
her own experiences through the pages of this book. The book is not
designed to tell single parents what to do or not to do. It’s designed
to explain how one single mother coped with tragedies, victories, and
the daily drudge of ordinary life. Similar to a reality TV show, this
is a true story of an ordinary working mom, a teacher, who endured
struggles and learned to overcome disaster.
Single parents are often forgotten individuals.
They feel alone and vulnerable. This book may be a light at the end of
the dark tunnel. It could also cause them to remember incidents they
were hoping would stay forgotten. Peace came to me through the words
written in this book. The book has an open-ended idea of offering the
reader a chance to think. Thinking should be a daily ritual.
