If
publishing a children's book, there is a flat rate for editing of $100
for up to 10,000 words. This includes everything listed below under
proofreading. Full edit may cost more. Please click to go to

Poetry:
We don't
like to do a full edit on poetry as it's usually very personal, and we
don't want to change the meaning. However, we've yet to receive a poetry
manuscript that doesn't have typos or minor errors in punctuation,
spelling, capitalization, and grammar (it's/its, you're/your) etc. For
this reason, we recommend proofreading for poetry. If the book has
fewer than 10,000 words, there is a flat rate for this of $100.
Most poetry is published under our Heartstrings Poetry imprint.

Please send
us a copy of your manuscript via email, and we will do a detailed editing
evaluation FREE. There is no obligation and no cost to you for this written report
with examples taken from your own book.
Editing costs are based on the number of words in your manuscript and
on how
much work your manuscript needs...
