Carrol Mendelson is an accomplished writer,
producer, and public relations consultant. Some of her accounts included
The Coulter Corporation, Humana Hospital, Curtain-Up Day for The Broward
Center For The Performing Arts, as well as The Bonaventure Hotel and
Country Club, and Turnberry Isle Hotel and Country Club.
In recent years, she wrote and produced
Precious Piglet and Her Pals, an original children’s musical which won
a regional award for best original children’s musical of 2005. She also
wrote the drama, Imperfect Seed, which was based on a true story.
She has worked with independent film
companies such as Forsythe Productions, Du Bois Productions, Hillenbrand,
K2 Media and is currently on the board of directors for Synergy
Entertainment, a development company.
Carrol is also the co-writer of the play,
Rachel and Julio, starring Lainie Kazan and Joe Bologna, which debuted
in Florida in 2006. She also had the honor of co-producing and publicizing
Mariette Hartley’s one woman show, If You Get to Bethlehem You’ve Gone
Too Far, based on her memoir Breaking The Silence.
