Book Proposals:

Most publishers require a book proposal before they will consider a non-fiction book.  This generally consists of:

  • a abstract of your topic
  • a description of the book
  • a section about the author
  • a carefully researched section about the competition
  • a researched study of the market
  • a section about how the book can be promoted
  • a table of contents
  • summaries of each chapter
  • a completed sample chapter

We also include a query letter which you can use to contact publishers.

Writing a book proposal involves a great deal of research, and the finished product is usually anywhere from 20 to 30 pages long.  The cost is between $2000 and $3000.  If you decide to have us ghostwrite the complete book, this fee can be deducted from the total.
